I was shocked when it came time to pay for my vehicle service of an oil change and tire rotation and it was nearly $300. Also, the fact that there is a 3% charge for using a credit card at a retail location in 2025 is crazy. I have purchased 12 + , maybe more, high end vehicles, mostly diesel trucks, from this dealership and have had every single service done there. At $282.76 the value of not having to do the simple job myself isn’t there anymore. Additionally, every person that was in the waiting room the same day was told they needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter, even on brand new vehicles. I know this economy is tough now, but driving up prices and trying to upsell everyone isn’t a good way to keep a loyal customer base.

I had an appointment for part of my 100,000 warranty maintenance, plugs and wires. When she went out to cover my seats with plastic, she notice my inspection sticker was dead. I left with a new sticker and maintenance done. She probably save me from getting a ticket.

I was told my DEF sensor was broken and to set up an appointment to repair it. The appointment was made for 6/25/25. However my sensor did not get replaced a diagnostic was performed eventhough we knew the diagnosis???? Per GM a reboot was necessary I had no problem with just paying for the reboot but not for the diagnostic and reboot. I would have left out of there with at least $400 bill. I don't understand why the diagnostic was performed? GM should have been contacted about the next step for the DEF sensor without the diagnostic being performed. The staff needs to be careful about what they say and how they say it. I don't like being lied to. Very disappointed! Clearly we were not on the same page.

Tim newsom and Katlyn has went above and beyond to make sure I got into an AWD SUV. Plus they got me into a new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. Katlyn also was more than a sales person to me because she knew I was trading in my 2020 Chevy Trax which was the last vehicle my late husband bought me before he passed away. She was extremely good to me, took pictures of me with my Trax and then of me and the new car. I recommend both of these individuals for not only a pay raise but also for anyone looking for a vehicle.

Took my Blazer in for an oil change/tire rotation. Also to expose air condition drain as the vehicle was not draining. Musty mildew smell when AC fan turned on. The managers plan was to put a disinfectant foam in the AC line to clean it out and to expose the drain line.. I had purchased the EXTRA warranty and was told by the service manager that it should be covered. The AC drain is draining but the smell is the same as it was to begin with. The water has NEVER drained inside the car. I don't know where the water was collecting but it is not inside the car so this problem has not been resolved. Was called today stating my EXTENDED WARRANTY would not cover this issue as it was a COSMETIC issue. Not sure l'll ever own another Chevrolet Very unhappy they don't stand behind their warranties. This vehicle was purchased at Mid State Chevrolet and serviced at Northside Chevrolet.

I went on for an oil change and was out in no time. That is the way I lile it, I don't like to be there for hours waiting.

No issues, service department prompt and fixed my problems

I feel the service itself went good. We have an issue going on with our radio on the vehicle. The gentleman that was trying to diagnose the issue seemed as if he didn’t have the time to thoroughly check the issue out. We were told to document when it happened and it was left at that. No satisfied with that part of the service.

Mark was excellent. However we got a warranty with the truck and thought it would be covered under the warranty then ended up having to pay almost $500 for repairs. We have been told by friends (5 exactly) who have purchased vehicles from there this same thing has happened to them. It is very deceiving and almost seems saying vehicles purchased are covered under warranty is false advertising if you are only using it as a marketing tactic to get consumers to buy, however not going to stand behind the benefits.

Rear brake pads, rotors and a caliper were installed on my truck First set of breaks on it since it was new. The tech worked hard to get the rusty, stuck parts off and did a great job of getting everything back to working properly Joni kept me informed of repairs and cost .

There was good communication from the service writer about what was going on. I also want to commend the staff when dealing with another customer that was there. This lady had a serious condition with a broken leaf spring on her truck. The truck was not drivable. She did not have a way home and the service staff was going to give her a ride home while they found parts to fix her vehicle. Good Job Northside.

I appreciated never feeling pressured. I had researched the GMC 2500 HD and knew it well. I wanted to know: A- value of my trade-in; B-out-the-door price. The salesman was knowledgeable and made an offer. I made a counter offer. The deal was settled and 2 hours later I was driving home in my new truck!

I asked for my (4 day old wipers) to be checked while my vehicle received an oil change. One seemed like it was loose. I received a call from Jason stating the technician stated my wipers were extremely bad, not to use them, and new ones were needed. If the technician had actually looked at the wipers(as requested), you could very well see they were new. I stated they were new and ordered from the app that stated Northside as the service dealership and he would call me back. Next call, the arm was loose. NOTHING was ever said concerning the arm. The arm is fine, the BLADE was loose. He would call back after speaking with the technician AGAIN. Third call- the technician stated the blades were fine and if I ordered the right part numbers(which I had according to info from Northside), they were fine. I asked Jason how it went from wipers are extremely bad and recommended not to use TO they are fine in 15 minutes. No answer. None from technician either. I just wanted to know if the passenger wiper blade was loose! Does your onboarding require learning a list of things to "recommend" to customers without even looking at the vehicle? Unbelievable!!! Thanks, but no thanks.
